Service Description
Returning to exercise postpartum can feel intimidating. Postpartum people may feel motivated to move and exercise however might also feel unsure about what is safe along their recovery journey. Postpartum yoga with Rooted Yoga PHX is focused on supporting and guiding postpartum people through their recovery process, providing a space to explore what feels good in your postpartum body while providing safe and evidence-based movements to help ensure optimal recovery. Classes include traditional vinyasa-style sequencing with modifications provided as needed based on your individual concerns of healing journey, as well as integrating a focus on posture, breath mechanics, pelvic floor and deep abdominal core activation and awareness. This class is best for those that are at least 6 weeks postpartum.
