Service Description
Prenatal Yoga with Rooted Yoga is focused on providing safe and individualized yoga asana while building community and sharing education. The pregnant body goes through rapid changes and prenatal yoga provides an opportunity to move within, and learn about, your pregnant body to help make your pregnancy as comfortable as possible while also helping to provide tools for labor and birth. Pelvic floor and abdominal awareness exercises are weaved into class as well so you not only feel confident that your yoga practice is safe for your body and baby but you are also helping to prepare for your continued pregnancy, labor and postpartum recovery.
