ONLINE CLASSES

There are two ways to practice with Rooted Yoga PHX

LIVE online classes

LIVE online classes will be in real-time via Zoom with your instructor and other students. Specific student questions or needs are able to be discussed and addressed in class.

LIVE zoom class links will be sent out 10  minutes before class via email. Students who attend the LIVE class will also be emailed a recorded version of class which they are able to view for up to 24 hours.

REPLAY online classes

Can't make the live class? Want to be able to practice on your own schedule?

​

Sign-up for a REPLAY class and you will receive a link to the most recent recorded class. The recorded class will be accessible via the link for up to 24 hours.

PRENATAL YOGA

Prenatal Yoga with Rooted Yoga is focused on providing safe and individualized yoga asana while building community and sharing education. The pregnant body goes through rapid changes and prenatal yoga provides an opportunity to move within, and learn about, your pregnant body to help make your pregnancy as comfortable as possible while also helping to provide tools for labor and birth. 


Pelvic floor and abdominal awareness exercises are weaved into class as well so you can feel confident that your yoga practice is safe for your body and baby while also helping to prepare for your continued pregnancy, labor and postpartum recovery.

POSTPARTUM YOGA

Returning to exercise postpartum can feel intimidating. Postpartum people may feel motivated to move and exercise however might also feel unsure about what is safe along their recovery journey. 


Postpartum yoga with Rooted Yoga PHX is focused on supporting and guiding postpartum people through their recovery process, providing a space to explore what feels good in your postpartum body while providing safe and evidence-based movements to help ensure optimal recovery.

Classes include vinyasa-style sequencing with modifications provided based on your individual needs, as well as integrating a focus on posture, breath mechanics, pelvic floor and deep abdominal core activation and awareness.

BABY & ME YOGA

Do you want to move your body while also connecting physically and emotionally with your little one? Baby and Me Yoga is a great way to get moving what also integrating time with your baby!


This is a gentle, vinyasa-style practice that incorporates baby through various poses and techniques. Utilizing sounds, songs, movements and infant massage techniques, we can keep baby focused and having fun while you get back to your yoga practice.
